Almost six years passed between the County red-tagging our burned home and the permit to start on the foundation. Follow every step, year by year: meetings, plans, corrections and resubmittals.

Our home will be powered by 100% renewable energy, with back up battery and fuel for maximum resiliency in all conditions.

We will prioritize native plant support, erosion control, fire resistance, drought tolerance, pollination, growing food, and pleasing the senses year-round.
